I agree that you should see a doctor. If he doesn't find anything wrong, have your kidneys checked. Many people with kidney disease have pain like that, although doctors don't agree that it's connected. more

A chiropractor can be of great help with neck and many other forms of pain. When your back gets out of alignment, it can cause pain throughout your body. A good chiropractor can help put your body back into alignment. A not so good chiropractor will give you pain pills and tell you to just lay down. more

Typically, gout settles in the big toe and it's very painful and it's rare if it effects both feet at one time. Typically, the pain is so bad that any light touch (even a bedsheet) can make some people cry. Definitely see a doctor to confirm what your symptoms are. I don't know about the elbow, but I had tendinitis in my wrist. I rubbed flax seed oil on it for a couple days and the pain went away. I've used it on other pains and injuries and it always seems to help. more
